Meet Vega

Shauna Brock (she/her) is an award-winning writer who grew up in organizing spaces and art galleries. A bisexual, polyam dyke, she co-founded Utah’s 1 to 5 Club in 2005, giving B+ identified individuals a safe space in Utah. Additionally, she has spent the last ten years organizing the Salt Lake City Writers Group, and the last five as an ambassador for the rock band Sick Puppies, helping in their quest for world domination.

In 2019, the Utah Pride Center and the 1 to 5 Club gifted her the Shauna Brock B+ Community Unicorn Award for her years of service to the community. She lives in Salt Lake with her partner and their three fur-kids.
